    These are not traditional business development roles. They are senior commercial positions with real influence, focused on developing trusted relationships across the intermediary market and supporting growth across the Individual, SME and Corporate segments. Working closely with brokers, partners and a broad network of professional advisers, successful candidates will play a central role in expanding our presence and strengthening Bupa Global's premium proposition in the French market.

    As we continue to build our business, we are looking for individuals who combine strong commercial judgement with a relationship-led approach and who enjoy working in an environment where collaboration, accountability and customer focus are highly valued. Equally important is the ability to work with agility, bring fresh ideas and contribute to the development of a growing organisation.

    We are keen to hear from commercially minded professionals with a strong track record of developing business through intermediaries and partners. Experience within healthcare or insurance markets is highly valued, but above all we are looking for people who share our ambition, demonstrate resilience and professionalism, and are excited by the opportunity to help build something special.

    You will be joining a supportive and ambitious team and will work closely with me, together with colleagues across Bupa Global, all of whom are committed to delivering outstanding experiences for our customers and partners.
