Eva Sandberg is a Partner and Senior Consultant at Alumni Global with extensive experience in executive search. She advises on C-suite searches across a range of industries, with particular depth in IT and technology leadership, and has held internal roles as Country Manager, Business Development Manager and Business Manager.
Bio
Eva has also worked with senior management reviews, helping build team performance and improve business results. With over 11 years in the industry she has extensive experience in partnering with organisations of all sizes, delivering complex searches and helping to source top talent. Eva has also played a key role in our own business taking on responsibilities such as Country Manager and Business Development Manager. Today, alongside her consultancy role, she has a responsibility as Business Manager, contributing to our own strategy and future proofing our client offering.
Eva has studies from among others British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada, marketing at Berghs School of Communication and international business at IHM Business School in Stockholm, Sweden.
