  • A Consultant is responsible for the project management of executive search and leadership consulting assignments which includes client management, interviewing and evaluating candidates and building a network within board and c-level individuals. In addition the consultant will proactively contribute to the sales and business development of Alumni

  • As a Researcher you will be expected to work independently and manage the early process in assignments. This will include analysing and mapping relevant industries, companies and candidates in a variety of assignments. You will never be without the support and commitment from our whole team to help you put client and candidates first.

  • As a Leadership Consultant your main tasks will be to conduct executive assessments and advise the clients before and after a hiring decision, participate or lead larger management audits, provide in-depth assessment of final candidates in our search processes and advise clients before their hiring decision. You will coach leaders during their first 100 days in a new position, plan and lead development workshops for management teams as well as continuously build, nurture and develop client relationships and key accounts

  • An Interim Consultants main responsibilities is to drive the recruitment process including evaluation and interviewing candidates to solve our clients needs in the most efficient way. You will focus on networking and building relationships. In addition the consultant will proactively contribute to the sales and business development of Alumni.
