Lotta Lyrå
CEO & President of Södra, one of Sweden’s largest forest-owner associations and a leading international forest industry group
Lotta has extensive international experience in leading large organisations. She has led Södra through a period of strategic transformation, strengthening profitability while advancing sustainability, digitalisation and the transition to a more bio-based economy. Her leadership is grounded in a clear passion for people and performance, creating alignment, setting direction in complexity and combining profitability with sustainability to deliver long-term value. Prior to Södra, Lotta served as CEO & President of Clas Ohlson and held several senior leadership roles within the IKEA Group. In addition to her executive role, Lotta has been engaged in numerous boards and currently serves as Chairwoman of Greeniron H2, Chairperson of SSE, and board member of Svenskt Näringsliv.
Mehdi Ghazinour
Sweden’s first Professor of Police Science and Head of the Department of Police Studies at Södertörn University
With a background as Professor of Social Work and a licensed psychotherapist, his work bridges research, practice and leadership in the field of policing and societal resilience. He has played a key role in establishing police studies as an academic discipline in Sweden. He has led several national and international research projects focusing on crime prevention and law enforcement methods. He is currently the Head of the School of Police Sciences at Södertörn University. He is also actively involved in several national and international networks on hybrid warfare, internal security, and the development of policing methods aimed at enhancing safety and security.
Martin Modéus
Archbishop of Uppsala and Primate of the Church of Sweden
Martin brings a thoughtful and values-driven perspective to leadership, society, and the role of institutions in times of change. Appointed Archbishop in 2022, he has a long-standing career within the Church, including serving as Bishop of Linköping and holding various leadership and pastoral roles. Martin is known for his commitment to issues related to ethics, sustainability, dialogue, and social cohesion, often contributing to public dialogue on the intersection of faith, democracy, and contemporary societal challenges. He combines theological depth with a strong commitment to inclusive leadership and constructive societal development.
Urban Ahlin
Sweden’s former Ambassador to the United States, with a distinguished career spanning both diplomacy and national politics
Over a long parliamentary career he held several senior roles, including Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Speaker of the Swedish Parliament, and was a leading voice on transatlantic relations, security policy, and global cooperation. With deep expertise in diplomacy and geopolitical affairs, Urban continues to play a key role in strengthening ties between Sweden and the United States in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
