Fredrik Persson
Fredrik Persson - seasoned business executive with extensive experience in both corporate leadership and international business advocacy. Since July 2022, he has served as President of BusinessEurope, representing enterprises across 36 European countries. Concurrently, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board at JM, a leading Nordic residential development company, and also chairs Ellevio, one of Sweden’s largest electricity distribution companies. With a previous career at Axel Johnson, Fredrik has significant non-executive experience and today serves on the boards of several major companies, including ICA Gruppen, Holmen, Hufvudstaden, Industrivärden, Interogo Holding, and Ahlström Capital.
Hélène Barnekow
Hélène Barnekow - is a seasoned business executive with over three decades of leadership in the IT, telecom, and digital transformation sectors. Today, Hélène is an active non‑executive board professional and Partner at leadership consulting firm, Gaia Leadership. Concurrently she serves as Chair of Storytel and Mindler, and board member at Handelsbanken, GN Store Nord and Latour. She is also s a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. In her previous career Hélène has held numerous leadership roles at companies such as Sony Ericsson, Telia Sverige and Dell Technologies (EMC). Most recently she served as CEO of Microsoft Sweden.
Martin Lundqvist
Martin Lundqvist - CEO of Arundo Analytics, a company specialising in AI-driven analytics solutions for asset-heavy industries such as energy, maritime, and manufacturing. Martin has a noteworthy career with close to 20 years spent at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner and led the global Digital Government service line. His work involved advising government leaders and institutions on digital transformation initiatives across multiple continents. Beyond his executive role, he is also an active tech investor and entrepreneur, contributing to the advancement of technology-driven solutions in various sectors.
Thomas Nilsson
Thomas Nilsson - Lieutenant General Thomas Nilsson leads Sweden's military intelligence and security operations, providing critical assessments on global developments and threats to national security. He is a senior officer in the Swedish Air Force and currently serves as the Director of Military Intelligence and Security (MUST) within the Swedish Armed Forces. His military career began in 1984, and he has since held various leadership positions having served among others as military representative to the European Union and NATO and also CIO of the Swedish Armed Forces, overseeing digital transformation initiatives.
