Sofia Paumgardhen is a Senior Consultant and Licensed Psychologist at Alumni Global in Malmö, specialising in the assessment and development of executives and management teams. She runs executive assessments, second opinions for key positions and tailor-made leadership programmes, drawing on more than 20 years as an organisational consultant in Sweden and internationally.
Bio
Sofia Paumgardhen has more than 20 years’ extensive experience as an organisational consultant in multiple industries – both internationally and in Sweden. Sofia works with personal assessments and second opinions of people for key positions, focusing on identifying current capacity, future potential and how to bridge the gap. She also works with development of both leaders and management teams and is programme manager for many of Alumni Global’s tailor-made leadership and talent programmes. The goal is always tangible outcomes and distinct, noticeable development in terms of behaviour, performance and leader image.
Sofia holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Lund University and is a Licensed Psychologist, credentialed by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. Sofia is fluent in Swedish and English.
