Sofia Paumgardhen

Consultant and Chartered Occupational Psychologist

Sofia is a Senior Consultant and Chartered Psychologist at Alumni Global’s Leadership Consulting services, based Malmö.

She has more than 20 years’ extensive experience as an organisational consultant in multiple industries – both internationally and in Sweden. Sofia works with personal assessments and second opinions of people for key positions, focusing on identifying current capacity, future potential and how to bridge the gap. She also works with development of both leaders and management teams and is program manager for many of Alumni Global’s tailor-made leadership and talent programs. The goal is always tangible outcomes and distinct, noticeable development in terms of behaviour, performance and leader image.  

Sofia holds a Master of science degree in Psychology from Lund University and is a chartered psychologist. Sofia is fluent in Swedish and English.
