Sara is a Consultant and Head of Business Team Finance at Alumni, working with executive search across various industries and roles, but her core focus today is within the Financial Services Industry.

Sara has contributed in many different positions at Alumni working in roles such as Senior Consultant and Manager delivering assignments within functions Finance & Legal as well as Interim Management. She has more than fifteen years’ experience of executive search, recruitment and selection as well as assessment and second opinions.

Sara has studied Human Resources Management and Labor Relations at Uppsala University, Sweden as well as Management at McGill University in Montreál, Canada. She has lived in France, Canada and the US and has been on The Board of Directors at SWEA International, Washington DC.
