Bio
Olof primarily specialises in the appointments of senior executives and non-executive directors within the converging arenas of technology, digital, and software. Olof leads searches for both listed and private equity-held corporate clients and works on many of the critical leadership transitions that occur in these rapidly evolving sectors. He works closely with private equity and venture capital firms to recruit senior leaders for their portfolio companies. Olof’s industry expertise lies mainly in the telecommunications and high-tech, banking, industrial, and retail sectors.
Olof is particularly experienced in leadership appointments for technology-driven businesses undergoing growth, transformation and organisational change. His work spans listed companies, private equity-backed businesses and high-growth organisations, where leadership decisions are often critical to value creation and long-term business performance.
Before joining Alumni Global, Olof spent thirteen years at Accenture as a management and IT consultant. He has extensive experience supporting large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives across multinational organisations, giving him a strong understanding of the leadership capabilities required to drive change in complex business environments. This background provides him with valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing technology-enabled businesses and leadership teams operating in complex and rapidly evolving markets.
