Nicoline Damberg Madsen is a Student Researcher at Alumni Global and a MSc student in Organisational Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School.

She has a strong background in market analysis, talent identification, and leadership advisory, with experience in both public and private sector organisations.

 Prior to her role at Alumni Global, Nicoline gained experience in HR, operations, and organisational development at Epinion, a Danish consultancy firm specialised in data-driven insights, market research, and advisory services, and the Danish Ministry of Finance. Nicoline has played a key role in optimising HR workflows, improving talent acquisition processes, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. She has been responsible for recruitment coordination, onboarding programs, and internal process improvements, contributing to a more efficient and structured hiring approach.

Nicoline holds a bachelor’s degree in international business communication from the University of Southern Denmark and is currently completing her Master’s at Copenhagen Business School.
