Mårten Adolfsson is a Partner and Senior Consultant at Alumni Global, working primarily with board, CEO and other C-suite appointments across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods, technology and financial services. His main focus is executive search and leadership advisory within financial services, where he supports listed companies, investment firms, private equity firms and major financial institutions across the Nordics.

Bio

Mårten Adolfsson works primarily with board, CEO and other C-suite appointments across a range of industries. His current focus is financial services in the Nordics, where he advises listed companies, investment firms, private equity firms, portfolio companies and major financial institutions on senior leadership and board appointments, leadership assessment and organisational development.

Over the course of his career, Mårten has completed more than 100 board, CEO, CFO and other senior executive appointments. His experience includes building entire investment teams for private equity firms, conducting management audits and leadership assessments, and advising clients through board reviews and succession-related decisions.

Since joining Alumni Global in 1999, he has played an important part in the firm's development from a small Stockholm-based consultancy into a leading executive search and leadership advisory firm. He has also played a central role in building Alumni Global's Financial Services practice in the Nordics.

Mårten holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
