Bio

Throughout his career, Magnus Tegborg has combined the entrepreneurial role of developing Alumni Global and leading an international executive search business with being a trusted advisor to many leaders. Magnus's current client relationships are closely tied to the boards and owners of leading Nordic corporations. With more than 30 years' experience in executive search, Magnus has worked across the majority of functions and industries. His solid and trusted network among boards, top management in large corporations, and decision makers in the political and public arena is a testament to his extensive portfolio of successful assignments. He has led Alumni Global's pioneering work in developing methods for board evaluations and played a key role in Alumni Global's board services offering.

Magnus Tegborg has a Master of Science in Business Administration from Linköping University, Sweden. He has also graduated from Officer School as a Major (ArtOHS and Krigshögskolan) and studied at Harvard Business School (Leadership in Professional Service Firms).
