Lukas has a proven record of successful delivery in executive search assignments across several industry sectors.

One of Lukas foremost competencies is a cross-cultural understanding (Asia, Europe) and its application in executive search, due to his stay in China, where he spent 5 years.

Lukas is fluent in a number of languages; English, Czech, Chinese and Italian.

Prior to joining Alumni, Lukas worked at a leading executive search firm based in their Prague office. He has also had a career within the renewable energy sector working as a Purchase Specialist.

Lukas has a Bachelor of Science in international trade and commerce from Hainan University in China and an MBA in managerial psychology from the European School of Business and Management.
