He works with a broad range of clients in the government offices and independent non-profit organisations.

Before joining Alumni Global, Gustaf worked as a Consultant for a leading market research company. Prior to that Gustaf worked as a HR Generalist at a leading engineering, design and consultancy company. 

Gustaf has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO & Board, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal, HR & Administration, IT & Tech, Supply Chain & Operations and Sustainability.

Gustaf has a Master in Human Resource Management from Linköping University, Sweden.
