Basem is a Senior Consultant and has worked with executive search since 2017. He has broad functional coverage ranging from specialist and leadership roles in Sales and Marketing to Operations, Finance and IT across several industries both within B2B and B2C.

With his strong foundation in operational and strategic management roles, Basem’s primary focus area today lies within the Consumer and Commercial team where he contributes with broad functional expertise as well as extensive experience from recruiting for Marketing and Commercial Management roles across various industries within consumer goods, manufacturing, retail and services.

His primary career background comes from 15 years of experience in functional leadership roles in Sales and Marketing at large multinational enterprises where he has held positions such as European Channel Account Director with pan-European staff and customer management responsibility.

Basem holds a Master of Science degree in International Business Administration from Lund University, Sweden.
