Rabiya is a Senior Researcher and sits in our Public Sector research team, supporting our Healthcare and Higher Education clients as they tackle pivotal leadership and recruitment challenges.

Having started her career with one of the UK’s leading Public Sector executive search firms, Rabiya broadened her experience to include Private Healthcare, Financial Services, Tech and Consumer & Retail. Her experience as both an executive researcher and client facing consultant means that she possesses a highly valuable mix of skills and industry experience.

She is regularly consulted by her wide network of C-suite contacts on matters around leadership, recruitment, retention and organisational development.

Rabiya holds an LLB Law from the University of Leeds.
