Marie-Louise is Senior Consultant and trusted advisor with more than 15 years’ experience of recruitment, executive search and interim management.

She has worked across a variety of industries; supply chain, operations, sales, HR, communication and financial services.

Marie-Louise has a solid and broad experience of managing recruitment and search processes and helping organizations to recruit top executives to very specialists.  

Previous to Alumni Marie-Louise held the position as Head of Recruitment in Logent with the responsibility and development of recruitment, search and interim management.

Marie-Louise holds a Bachelor in Behavioral Sciences from Stockholm University, Sweden, and is certified in several personality and aptitude assessment tools.
