Eva works with recruitment & executive search primarily within the Tech industry.

Eva has extensive experience from recruiting both in a consulting role and inhouse-roles. She has delivered across a wide spread of roles such as at middle/senior management level, senior specialist and executive level and has also helped clients recruit and build talent programs.

Besides recruitment Eva brings experience from 15 years of business-oriented HR as a management team member. She has been involved in mergers, due diligence & change management processes with a special focus of transitioning from “grown up companies” into SaaS.

Eva has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Service Management from School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
