Executive Director of Nursing for Healthy Ageing, Mercy Health

The Executive Director of Nursing for Healthy Ageing is responsible for the professional leadership, advice, governance, implementation and evaluation of service and practice standards of nursing and related clinical support staff. They will lead and manage the organisation to deliver on strategic and business plans and key performance metrics. Reporting to the Chief Executive and operating in accordance with Mercy Health Mission and Values, the Executive Director of Nursing will provide a strategic and collaborative approach to ongoing transformation and sustainable growth for Health Ageing.

The successful candidate will support the Healthy Ageing leaders to deliver the Mercy Health Healthy Ageing Strategy and will strive to maintain a focus on people and their experience and the positive reputation of Mercy Healthy Ageing.
